"Why does everyone think that once you played a Pirated game on the 360 you will immidietly get banned on LIVE ? FYI there's a mod there that lets you play pirated games and not getting detected. They called it a STEALTH Flashed DVD Drive. It's games are different from the normal pirated copies, they also call it "Stealthed games" or something. These hack/mod lets you play pirated games w/o being detected by LIVE thus making you play games offline AND even online w/o getting banned. The piracy of 360 is much worst than the piracy on PC if you put Online gaming into consideration."
