    One Thousand Games at E3

ubie3.jpgThis year's E3 is going to be stupendous, we already know that. But what I didn't know and you probably didn't realize is the sheer enormity of the event.

The show will have more than 1,000 computer and video games and host more than 400 interactive entertainment companies in 540,00 square feet of space. Here's a little break down of how the show's games are categorized into genre, from Dan, my ESA pal:

    — Action/Adventure games (19 percent)
    — Role Playing games (13 percent)
    — Sports/Driving/Racing games (11 percent)
    — Child/Family games (6 percent)
    — Strategy games (5 percent)
    — Simulation games (4 percent)
    — Educational/Edutainment games (3 percent)
    — Arcade games (3 percent)
    — Other games (4 percent)

Don't forget to get your requests in for what you want me to cover while I'm at the big event.
